Crafternoon Tea

Join us for a gentle, guided craft experience where you’ll weave a charming mini basket and create a beautiful bouquet of mini handmade flowers.

As you create, savour our homemade afternoon tea served with vintage tea sets and explore some springtime folklore, and take time to reconnect with nature and yourself.

This calm and inspiring session offers space to slow down, breathe, and rediscover the joy of creativity and wellbeing.

About the event

Estimated Timings

  • 12pm: Arrival and drinks

  • 12:15: Crafting session 1 - weaving your basket

  • 1:30: Afternoon tea served

  • 2:15: Crafting session 2 - Creating and arranging your flowers

  • Event to finish no later than 4pm

What's included?

  • Up to 4 hour experience.

  • All craft materials and tools.

  • Expert step-by-step guidance.

  • A selection of hot and cold drink refreshments throughout the event.

  • Afternoon tea which includes homemade soup, sandwiches and cake treats.

  • If you enjoy the afternoon tea, but there was too much cake to eat - then take it home with you to enjoy later!

  • Take home your gorgeous creation which was inspired by nature; crafted by you.

Situated in the heart of Bingley, Cardigan House is a short walk from Bingley Train Station (roughly 5 minutes) and on several well connected bus routes.

There is a pay and display car park within 100 meters from the venue which is £4 for 4 hours. There is a longer stay car park next to the train station if you wish to stay and explore Bingley. Myrtle Park is gorgeous, just a short walk from the venue and well worth a stroll around.

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, with step free access throughout and a wheelchair accessible disabled toilet.

How do I book?

Spaces are limited and are on a first come first served basis.

Simply click on the relevant 'Book Now' button below and send us an email to enquire about available space(s). If space is available, then we will send you details of how to pay.

To secure your booking you must pay in full.

If the spaces are already filled, you have the option of joining our "last minute" waiting list and then if a space becomes available we will contact you. We may also find that we have enough people on the waiting list to create a new event. If that is the case, then we will contact you for your availability.
